Gjalt Gjaltema

Gjalt Gjaltema currently serves as Manager Samenleving at Noaberkracht since August 2023, overseeing teams in WMO, child care, society, economy, and real estate. Since January 2017, Gjalt Gjaltema has held the position of Algemeen commandant Bevolkingszorg at Veiligheidsregio Twente, participating in crisis organization efforts alongside police, fire, and ambulance services. From January 2012 to August 2023, Gjalt Gjaltema worked at Gemeente Enschede in various roles, including Bestuursadviseur and project leader for organization-wide projects. Earlier experience includes leadership of sports facilities and public space management within municipalities and a vice-presidential role in the works council. Gjalt Gjaltema has an engineering degree in Technical Business Administration from the University of Twente and has completed several training programs.
