Omar Barakat M.D.

Omar Barakat, MD, is an experienced Interventional Radiologist and Partner at both Vein and Laser Institute and Radiologic Associates of Northwest Indiana since 2014. Previously, Omar Barakat served as a Vascular and Interventional Radiologist at Midwest Radiological Associates and completed a fellowship in Interventional Radiology at Washington University in St. Louis. Education includes a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from St. George's University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Loyola University Chicago. Omar Barakat also completed a residency in Radiology at UCONN Health Center, where the role of Chief Resident was held.
