Rebecca Kempton

Rebecca Kempton has extensive experience in the field of behavioral health and service management, currently serving as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Momentum since November 2022. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Registered Behavior Technician at AbleLight, where responsibilities included implementing behavioral data systems and evaluating behavior plans. Rebecca's prior roles encompass Director of Residential Services at Broadstep Behavioral Health and Area Director at Bethesda Lutheran Communities, overseeing programmatic services, managing personnel, and engaging in advocacy. Rebecca began their career at Little Friends, Inc., progressing through various positions that involved direct care and management of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Rebecca obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Governors State University from 2012 to 2015.
