Currently, Natasha serves as the Founder and Managing Director of VeiraMal Consulting, a role held since February 2018. Previous positions include Global People Services and Mobility Manager at MMG Limited and HR Shared Services Lead Asia Pacific/HRBP at O-I. Natasha's career spans numerous roles in HR, from HR Services Team Lead at Jemena to HRIS Account Manager and HR Coordinator at Mondelēz International. Additional experience includes positions at Adecco Group, Jones Lang LaSalle, UGL Limited, and BNP Paribas. Natasha holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from RMIT University, along with advanced studies in International Hotel and Resort Management from Le Cordon Bleu Australia.

VeiraMal Consulting is a Melbourne-based boutique consulting firm. We provide our clients with long-term solutions for their problems. Primarily focusing on HR and Marketing, VeiraMal also undertakes management projects as our wide and diverse range of consultants are well-equipped in providing solutions for a wide range of management problems. VeiraMal Consulting was founded in 2018 with the sole intention of breaking free from the clutches of corporate bureaucracy. After working with several multi-national brands for over 15 years, Natasha set out to establish her very own specialised consulting firm where she aimed to provide tailored HR services to medium and large-scale businesses. With a humble beginning of only 2 employees, VeiraMal now employs 8 personnel who are working simultaneously with different clients across an array of projects ranging from human resources, payroll, marketing and project management. Internally, VeiraMal is very keen on upskilling and training its employees to prepare them for the future. VeiraMal encourages a free spirit culture at work, which allows employees to explore a task or project as per their individual style. This helps empower employees and raise a certain level of confidence by providing them with a positive workplace culture to further honer their skills. We understand that our most important resources are our employees and therefore, that is where our primary investment lies.
