Michael Sloth

Michael Sloth currently serves as the Director of Technology and Environment at Vejle Kommune, a position held since November 2013. Prior to this role, Michael was Direktør at Bascon A/S, managing financial responsibilities and leading the company in Aarhus from June 2009 to October 2013. Michael also worked as Regionsdirektør at Kuben Management, focusing on turnaround and cultural processes between May 2007 and May 2009. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as Afdelingsleder and chefkonsulent at NIRAS Konsulenterne from February 1998 to March 2007, where responsibilities included managing a public sector-focused management department. Michael began professional career as an Analyse- og planlægningsmedarbejder at Viborg Kommune from May 1995 to March 1998, working on political support, IT strategies, and quantitative analysis. Michael holds a Master's degree from Aarhus University, a Mini MBA from Probana Business School, and completed the Executive Board Programme at INSEAD in 2015.
