Janina Pärnänen

Janina Pärnänen has a diverse work experience. From 2019 to present, they have been an Office Coordinator at Vektorio Oy where they have been responsible for a variety of HR, financial, project administration, administrative, and marketing tasks. Janina also wrote and improved product manuals, and manual tested software. During the same time, they were the VP of Marketing at AIESEC in Finland where they developed and implemented a marketing strategy and led a marketing team. Additionally, they were a Project Worker at AIESEC in Italy and a Team Leader at Global School of Entrepreneurship at AIESEC in Serbia. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Cashier/Sales Person at Pirkanmaan Osuuskauppa.

Janina Pärnänen began their educational journey in 2014 when they attended the University of Tampere 1925-2018 and earned a BA in Lifelong Learning and Education. In 2018, they attended the University of Agder (UiA) as an exchange student, studying Education. Janina then returned to Tampere University and is currently in the process of earning a Master of Arts (Education) in Lifelong Learning and Education, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
