Paul Wolpert

Paul Wolpert is a senior attorney at Vela Wood. Prior to joining Vela Wood, they were of counsel at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP, where they represented public and private companies, financial institutions and private equity firms with respect to mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; secured financings; offerings of equity and debt securities and private equity fund formation.

Wolpert has also served as senior counsel at Ocwen Financial Corporation - US and as an associate attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. Paul began their legal career as a law clerk to the college counsel at Siena College.

Wolpert received their J.D. from Albany Law School and their B.A. from Siena College.

Paul Wolpert obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Texas School of Law and their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from Siena College.
