Wayne Milgate is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in managing luxury resorts across various prestigious locations. Currently serving as General Manager at Velaa Private Island in the Maldives since March 2021, Wayne oversees one of the world's most exclusive private island resorts. Previously, Wayne held the position of CEO at Iniala Beach Resort in Thailand, where the fusion of traditional architecture and modern design was showcased. In addition, Wayne has been General Manager at North Island in Seychelles, recognized as a top luxurious destination, as well as Vomo Island Resort in Fiji. Early career roles include Resort Manager at Hayman Island Resort and Executive Assistant Manager at Gold Coast International Hotel.
