Anja Schreiber

Anja Schreiber is an experienced scientist specializing in new developments at VERAXA Biotech GmbH since January 2021. Previously, Anja served as Lab Manager at Velabs Therapeutics GmbH from July 2018 to December 2020, and worked as a Research Associate at BioMed X Innovation Center between August 2017 and June 2018. Anja's background includes a role as a Research Assistant at DKFZ German Cancer Research Center from December 2015 to July 2017, focusing on cell proliferation research with Drosophila melanogaster and cancer cell lines. Anja began in the field with a student internship at Roche in medicinal chemistry, where skills in peptide synthesis and HPLC were developed. Anja holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Life Science from the University of Konstanz, earned in 2015 and 2012, respectively.
