Chris Ulm

Chris Ulm is a seasoned creative leader in the gaming industry with extensive experience spanning several notable companies. Currently serving as Senior Creative Director at Velan Studios, Inc. since September 2022 and at Jam City since May 2017, Chris has previously held key roles such as Studio GM at Machine Zone, CEO of Appy Entertainment, Inc., and Chief Development Officer at High Moon Studios, which Chris co-founded. At High Moon Studios, Chris played a pivotal role in expanding the studio and overseeing various aspects of game development. Early career highlights include contributions as Assistant Director at Oddworld Inhabitants and as VP and Editor-In-Chief at Malibu Comics, where Chris co-founded the company. Chris holds a BA in History from California State University, Northridge, and has also studied at UCLA.
