David Nathanielsz

David Nathanielsz is a seasoned studio executive and game development leader with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Studio General Manager and COO at Velan Studios, Inc. since December 2016, David has been instrumental in the growth of the studio from 6 to nearly 100 employees. Previously, David worked as Sr. Executive Producer at Vicarious Visions/Activision, overseeing a large development team and managing AAA video game projects. David's career includes roles as Sr. Producer at Atari and Vivendi Universal Games, where management of game development projects and cross-disciplinary teams was paramount. Starting as Creative Director at Jellyvision, David contributed to multiple game titles, including the popular You Don’t Know Jack series. David holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Tufts University.
