Richard Liu

Richard Liu is the Founder of Velar Technologies and currently serves as the CEO of SKT. Prior to this, Richard was a Partner at Town Square Trading LLC and worked as a Trader at IMC Financial Markets. Richard attended Harvard University from 2007 to 2011.
