Emilio Froján Fernández

Emilio Froján Fernández is an experienced professional with a wide range of work experience. In 2020, they became the CEO and Co-founder of Velca, a Spanish mobility company that offers electric motorcycles with a unique design and excellent customer service. Prior to this, they were Co-founder and Top Talent Community of Instituto Galego do Talento in 2017. In 2021, they took on the role of Professor at ThePowerMBA and Consultant, Council Member and Business and Investment Analyst at GLG. Emilio also became a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at IFFE Business School in 2020, Consultant for Mobility and New Business at Dialectica in 2021, Investor and Advisor at Bund in 2022, Professor of Social Innovation Management and Sustainability at IESIDE in 2021, and Board of Advisors for Business Development and Innovation at AIESEC in 2020. Finally, in 2018, they also became a Tutor for the Social Entrepreneurship Program at Deusto Business School.

Emilio Froján Fernández began their educational journey in 2009, when they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations & Human Resources from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. In 2012, they began a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & Public Administration at the same university, which they completed in 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Postgraduate in Design Thinking from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. In 2017, they completed a Master of Incubators and Accelerators Administration from Universidad de Salamanca and a Digital Business Program from ThePower Business School. In 2018, they completed a PLCE - Corporate Leadership Program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from University of Deusto. In 2019, they completed a Digital Marketing Program from ThePower Business School. Emilio is currently enrolled in a PLS in Strategic Management and Social Leadership at IESE Business School.
