Jason Kelley

Jason Kelley is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in substation design and project management. Since July 2006, Jason has served as a Senior Engineer at VELCO, specializing in substation physical design, grounding design, site design, control building design, condition assessment, and contracted engineering management. In addition, Jason has held the role of Project Lead, overseeing project development and management of engineering consultants, and serving as a liaison during construction, engineering, and permitting. Previous positions include Environmental Specialist at VELCO and CAD Manager at Bruno Associates P.C. Inc., where site and utility layouts were designed, and GIS data was utilized for feasibility studies. Jason's career also includes entrepreneurship as the owner of Accel Insulation Systems, focusing on insulation contracting for new and existing buildings. Jason holds a degree from Vermont Technical College.
