Aakash Patel

Aakash Patel is an accomplished investment professional with extensive experience in investment management and finance. Currently serving as an Investment Manager at Veld Capital since January 2023, Aakash previously held the same title at AnaCap Financial Partners from March 2020 to January 2023 and worked as an Investment Associate there as well. Aakash's career began at Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities included contributions to the Distressed Products Group, successfully acquiring two non-performing asset portfolios. Aakash has also gained experience through internships at Deloitte India in the Risk Advisory team and Edelweiss Financial Services in the Global Wealth Management team, along with roles as a Marketing Executive for IITB Racing and an Institute Cultural Mentor during studies at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Aakash holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, completed in 2016.
