Chuck Fagan

Chuck Fagan is an experienced executive currently serving as President and CEO of Velera since January 2024. Prior to this role, Fagan held the position of President and CEO at PSCU from April 2015 to January 2024, and was also President and CEO at CUES from January 2013 to 2015. Fagan's earlier career at PSCU included serving as EVP, Chief Sales Officer from March 1997 to December 2012, as well as working as an Account Manager at EDS in 1996-1997. Fagan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Longwood University, graduating in 1987.
