Jackie Tewksbury

Jackie Tewksbury currently serves as the Director of Experience Research and Strategy at Velera, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Jackie was a Senior UX Researcher at Co-op Solutions from July to December 2023 and held the role of Principal UX Researcher at SumTotal Systems, LLC from June 2020 to March 2023, leading research strategies for UX Design and Product teams in the HR management sector. Prior experiences include serving as Lead UX Researcher at Meltwater, where Jackie established and integrated UX Research processes, and as a UI Designer and UX Research Consultant at Bottomline Technologies. Additional roles include User Experience Manager at GYK Antler and multiple positions focused on information architecture and interaction design early in the career. Jackie holds a Master's degree in Human Factors in Information Design and a Bachelor's degree in Information Design and Corporate Communications from Bentley University.
