Ruslan Molchanov

Ruslan Molchanov has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Ruslan founded and served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Veles Finance starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Yandex from 2020 to 2021 as an Architect, Tech Lead, and Team Lead, specializing in logistics and internal system development. In 2019, they served as a Solution Architect at Specific-Group Belarus, where they worked on a joint venture project with Austrian Bank - BAWAG P.S.K. From 2016 to 2019, Ruslan worked at Zensoft IO as the Chief Software Architect and Managing Partner. Ruslan was responsible for leading software development and managing a large team of over 150 employees. Before that, they co-founded and served as the Team Lead and CTO at Mywifi, where they developed a hotspot service that complied with mandatory identification systems on public WiFi networks. Ruslan also worked as a Senior Java Developer at Ponominalu.ru in 2014, a Java Software Developer at Yaros in 2013-2014, a Java Software Developer at LocalOn in 2012-2013, and an Android Developer at codename: team in 2012.

Ruslan Molchanov obtained a Specialist of Education (Ed.S.) degree in Information Technology from Kyrgyzskij Rossijskij-Slavjanskij Universitet, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Ruslan also holds a certification as a Corda Certified Developer from R3.
