Erman Harun

Erman Harun currently serves as a Trainee Driller at Velesto Energy Berhad, focusing on operations at the Jack-Up Rig Naga 3 since August 2018. Previous roles at Velesto include Executive, overseeing rig administration and operations support, where responsibilities involved managing crew change schedules and travel arrangements. Erman also participated in the Graduate Enhancement Program within HR Operations Support, focusing on expatriate work permit processes and recruitment for offshore crews. Prior experience includes an internship at PETRONAS in the Operational Performance Improvement department, where initiatives aimed at enhancing knowledge management were implemented. Erman holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Facilities and Plant Engineering, from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, and completed secondary education at SM Sains Machang, Kelantan.
