Gaya Raja Mohan

Gaya Raja Mohan's work experience begins in 2004 as a Programme Trainer for The Write Word. In 2005, they become a Training Specialist for Leadership Resources Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Then in 2007, they take on the role of Lecturer at Carrick Higher Education until 2013. From 2008 to 2013, they also work as a Senior Lecturer for Professional Pathway Australia (Monash University), teaching business-related modules. In 2013, they become a Research Project Manager at Razak School of Government (RSOG), designing and executing learning interventions and executive development programs.

In 2016, Gaya Mohan transitions to the Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC) as a Social Entrepreneurship Program Director, before becoming the MaGIC Academy Director in 2017. Gaya conceptualizes and manages entrepreneurship training programs, aligning with overall ecosystem imperatives. Gaya also organizes the MaGIC Academy Symposium and develops a competency matrix and learning pathways for the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

In 2019, they take on the role of MaGIC Acting Vice President, Academy, followed by the position of Academy Director, People & Capability Development in 2020, where they helm the long-term strategy planning and manages academy programs.

In 2021, Gaya Mohan joins Agrobank, Malaysia, as the Head of Academy, overseeing organizational development and strategic leadership development for over 3,500 employees. Gaya achieves various accomplishments, including redesigning the Leadership Competency Framework and charting the Digital Literacy Framework using gamification techniques.

Most recently, in 2023, Gaya Mohan becomes the Head of Organizational Development at Velesto Energy Berhad.

Gaya Raja Mohan's education history is as follows:

- From 2001 to 2003, Gaya Raja Mohan attended Universiti Sains Malaysia and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Mass Communication/Media Studies.

- In 2003, Gaya Raja Mohan enrolled in Macquarie University and completed a Master's degree in Education with a specialization in Workforce Development and Training. This program lasted until 2005.

- In 2007, Gaya Raja Mohan attended Marc Academy Australia for a short period and earned a degree in Training and Assessment, which was focused on Workforce Development and Training.

- Later in 2007, Gaya Raja Mohan received a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from MRWED Training and Assessment - RTO #30146.

- In 2008, Gaya Raja Mohan obtained a Certificate IV in TESOL (Teaching English or French as a Second or Foreign Language) from Australasian Training Academy.

- Currently, Gaya Raja Mohan is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence Law from the University of Malaya, with an expected completion date of 2023.

Additionally, Gaya Raja Mohan has obtained various certifications in different fields. In November 2019, Gaya Raja Mohan became a Certified Talent and Competency Professional (CTCP) and a Certified Training Professional (CTP) through ITD World. In December 2018, Gaya Raja Mohan achieved certification as a Certified Coaching and Mentoring Professional (CCMP). In 2017, Gaya Raja Mohan received certificates in Advanced Coaching & Mentoring (CACM) and Performance Coaching (CPC) from ITD World. Gaya Raja Mohan also holds an Associate Qualification in Islamic Finance from IBFIM, obtained in December 2021. Finally, Gaya Raja Mohan received training as an NLP Practitioner from ISNS in 2018.
