Jan Thomas Pyro

Jan Thomas Pyro has held several positions in the medical and technology industries since 1995. Starting as a Design Engineer and Process Engineer at Texas Instruments, Pyro then moved to Active Control Experts (acquired by Cymer, LLC., an ASML company) as a Manufacturing Engineer. In 2002, Pyro became Operations Manager at Dimensional Photonics, a high-tech start-up. In 2004, Pyro was a Project Engineer at Item New Product Development, and in 2005, Assistant Product Manager at Instron. From 2006 to 2016, Pyro held the role of Product/Program Manager at Sensata Technologies (formerly Texas Instruments, Sensors and Controls). Pyro then moved to Olympus Corporation of the Americas as a Program Manager and Research & Development team leader, and currently holds the position of Senior Program Manager at Velico Medical, Inc.

Jan Thomas Pyro received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1995. Jan Thomas then attended the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration in 2002. Prior to this, they attended Winchester High School.
