Andrea Boccia (She/Her)

Andrea Boccia has held a variety of roles in the recruiting and staffing industry since 2013. Andrea began their career as an Administrative Secretary at Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty and then worked as a Diversity Consultant at RWS & Associates. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Grant Administrator at Hunter College and as a Sales & Contracts at Columbia Artists Theatricals. In 2017, they joined the Association of Performing Arts Professionals as a Conference and Membership Associate. In 2018, they began working as a Speaker Recruitment and Relations at the Washington Speakers Bureau. In 2020, they worked as a Recruiter at Executive Mosaic and as a Staffing Manager and Executive Recruiter (Furloughed) at Paladin. Andrea is currently employed as a Recruiter at Velir.

Andrea Boccia received their High School Diploma from Garden City High School in 2009. Andrea then went on to complete a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English/ Business from Rider University in 2012. Finally, they earned their Master's Degree from Brooklyn College in 2016.
