Rocío G.

Rocío G. serves as the Director of People Experience at Velir since January 2024, transitioning from a similar role at Brooklyn Data Company following its acquisition. Rocío focuses on enhancing core People processes, preparing executive leadership communications, overhauling job descriptions, and collaborating on people analytics and DEIB initiatives to improve the overall employee experience. Previous experience includes significant roles at Brooklyn Data Company, where Rocío championed people experience strategies, and tenures at Health Career Connection, Wellesley College, and various other organizations that emphasize community engagement, diversity, and organizational performance. Rocío holds a Master of Science in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego and a BA in Neuroscience from Wellesley College.
