Hugh Blaxall is the managing partner at Velligan-Blaxall Consultants. Hugh has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Hugh started their career in 1993 as an asset liability analyst at CoreStates Financial. Hugh then moved to Janney Montgomery Scott in 1999, where they became the VP of A/L Services. Hugh has been with Velligan-Blaxall since 2006.

Hugh has a deep understanding of the financial industry and has helped their clients navigate through difficult times. Hugh is a trusted advisor and takes a personal interest in each of their client's success.

Hugh Blaxall has a Master's degree in Economics from the University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
