Susanne Kinnrell

Susanne Kinnrell has extensive experience in the travel and education sectors. As a teacher at Vellinge kommun since August 2019, Susanne has shifted focus to education after holding various leadership roles at Solresor from January 2005 to November 2018, including Sales and Customer Service Manager with HR responsibilities overseeing sales, flight and hotel support, and customer service teams. Prior experience also includes serving as Contact Center Manager, where operational responsibilities included developing an industry-leading agent support department and managing recruitment and training. Susanne's career began at Ving Sverige AB in January 1986, where responsibilities spanned administrative tasks and sales, followed by roles as Key Account Manager at STS Solresor and various positions, including stewardess, at Royal Viking Line. Susanne holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on sales, trade, and marketing from IHM Business School.
