Mads Juul Eegholm

Mads Juul Eegholm has extensive legal expertise, currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Group Legal at Velliv since August 2020. Prior to this role, Mads held various positions at Danske Bank from October 2015 to August 2020, including Interim Co-Head of Group Legal and Head of Group Governance, providing comprehensive legal advice on governance and regulatory matters. Mads also worked at the Danish FSA as Team Leader and Chief Special Adviser, where responsibilities included handling legal cases and secretariat services, and served as an Attorney-at-Law at Kromann Reumert focusing on capital markets and corporate law. Mads holds a Mini MBA in Business Strategy from AVT Business School and degrees in law from the University of Copenhagen. Mads began a career in the Royal Danish Air Force, attaining the rank of Sergeant.
