Tiago Almeida

Tiago Almeida is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Velma since March 2022, Tiago plays a pivotal role in shaping IT strategies for a leading Product Ops company. Previously, at Finetune from August 2018 to March 2022, Tiago excelled as the Innovation Team Lead, overseeing engineering teams and managing the development pipeline. Earlier experience includes roles as a Software Engineer and Fullstack Developer, demonstrating expertise in Python, Django, React, and various other technologies. Tiago began a journey in cryptocurrency trading at Kaizen, gaining valuable insights into market dynamics, and holds a degree in Game Development from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí. Additionally, Tiago completed specialized training in Python and Django.
