Elizabeth Downer

Elizabeth Downer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Elizabeth most recently served as the VP People & Talent at VELO3D starting from July 2021. Prior to that, Elizabeth worked as an Advisor at Reliable Robotics Corporation and as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Tipalti. Elizabeth also held the position of VP, Talent Acquisition at Bill.com where they built a robust talent acquisition function and presented hiring strategies to executive teams. Elizabeth has extensive experience at well-known tech companies, including Facebook where they served as a Recruiting Director overseeing various teams and at Google where they worked as a Staffing Manager leading a global team. Elizabeth also worked as a Senior Recruiter at Excite@Home and Sun Microsystems, and served as the Director of Human Resources at Zengine. Elizabeth's work experience spans roles in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, and leadership positions.

Elizabeth Downer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Stanford University in 2006.
