Stefka Petkova

Stefka Petkova currently serves as a Technical Business Development Manager and previously as a Technical Sales Engineer at Velo3D, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, Stefka Petkova spent a decade at GE Aviation, holding various engineering roles including Senior Engineer focused on turbo machinery new product development for the GE RISE engine program, Lead Manufacturing Engineer improving manufacturing processes, Manufacturing Engineer managing technical process ownership, Applications Manufacturing Engineer in the Edison Engineering Development Program, and Mechanical Design Engineer involved in leadership development. Stefka Petkova began an engineering career as an intern at Unison Industries, where involvement in new product development for aviation and marine components occurred. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Florida.
