Jenifer Morandi, SHRM-CP

Jenifer Morandi, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the Human Resources field. Jenifer began their career in 2007 at Citi Retail Services as a Bilingual Collector I, where they worked towards resolving delinquent accounts and assisted account holders in making payments and putting their accounts current. In 2009, they moved to Citi Mortgage, where they held two roles: Escalations Specialist and Loss Mitigation Specialist II. In 2013, they joined Velocitor Solutions as Human Resources Director, where they were responsible for creating and managing employee profiles, entering and managing employee benefits, and processing time sheets and payroll. Jenifer also held the role of Support Specialist, where they were responsible for troubleshooting issues with one call resolution in mind, client requests, and assisting fellow peers with any and all issues.

Jenifer Morandi, SHRM-CP has a varied educational background. Jenifer obtained their Diploma from Olympic High School in 1999 and then attended Kaplan University from 2012 to 2013, where they studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. In 2022, they took a SHRM-CP/SCP Exam Preparation Course at Central Piedmont Community College and obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December of the same year.
