David Shensky

David Shensky has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. David began their career as a Mortgage Broker at WC Financial in 2005 and then moved on to become the Owner of DES Cleaning Solutions in 2006. In 2010, they took on the role of Listing Specialist at Redfin, followed by ISO Relationships Manager at Swift Financial in 2012. In 2016, they became Director of ISO Sales at The Fundworks LLC, and then Business Development Specialist at Legend Advance Funding in 2018. Most recently, they have been the Senior VP of Business Development at Velocity Capital Group LLC since 2020.

David Shensky obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Drexel University in 2005, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. In 2012, they obtained a certification from the Schickler Kratz Appraisal Insitute through the Pennsylvania Association of Appraisers. David also holds a Real Estate License from the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors\u00ae.
