Doug Menifee

Doug Menifee has over 20 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Doug began their career in 1997 as a Software Developer at Lucent Technologies. In the same year, they were also a Software Developer - MTS at Lucent Technologies - Bell Labs Innovations. In 2006, they became a Senior Software Engineer at SOPHOS, INC. In 2009, they were a Senior Application Engineer at Kentrox (now Westell). From 2012 to 2016, they held various roles at Westell, including Director of Sales, Senior Product Line Manager, and Senior Sales Engineer. In 2016, they became Director of Online Technical Sales at OpSec Security. From 2019 to 2020, they were VP of Business Development at HBCU CONNECT, LLC, where they were responsible for establishing relationships with companies looking to gain access to the world's largest database of Doug'storically Black College and University (HBCU) alumni and students for the purposes of recruitment and overall exposure. Doug is currently the Director of Business Development at Westell.

Doug Menifee obtained their High School Diploma from Walnut Hills High School between 1987 and 1993. Doug then attended Tuskegee University from 1993 to 1997, earning a B.S. in Computer Science. Doug continued their education at Franklin University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an MS in Computer Science.
