Ashley Koehling

Ashley Koehling has extensive experience in learning and development, serving as the AVP of Learning and Development at Velocity Credit Union since August 2014, where responsibilities include training credit union staff, creating and implementing curriculum, and facilitating new hire orientation. Previous roles at Velocity include Learning and Development Manager and Debt Collector, where Ashley focused on developing policies and coaching staff. Ashley also operated Ash Renee Photography, managing photography and client relations from January 2015 to February 2025. Prior experience includes a Late Stage Account Manager position at Santander Consumer USA Inc. and an Accountant role at Craig Hamilton & Co, PC. Education was pursued at Tarrant County College and the University of North Texas.
