Natalie Mundy

Natalie Mundy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Product Lead at Gusto since August 2021, Natalie's role focuses on enhancing the online platform for small businesses. Prior to Gusto, Natalie held the position of Chief Product and Program Officer at Davis College from 2015 to August 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing product strategy and user experience for a leadership-oriented higher education institution in Rwanda. Natalie's earlier roles include Director of Product Management at Sahalandy, where management of business operations supported a community of women-owned silk weaving businesses in Madagascar, and serving as a founding stakeholder at the Alliance for Artisan Enterprise, providing strategic advice on the global artisan industry. With additional experience in education and as a Peace Corps Volunteer, Natalie's diverse background reflects a commitment to sustainable economic development and empowerment. Natalie holds a BS in International Business and Spanish Language and Literature and an MA in International Affairs with a focus on Development.
