Thomas Lindup has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 18 years. Thomas started their career as a Trainee at Sidley Austin Brown & Wood in 2001, where they gained valuable legal experience. Thomas then worked as a Senior Associate at Sidley Austin LLP in London for 12 years, specializing in corporate and securities law, providing advice on capital markets transactions and corporate finance.
In 2015, Lindup joined Van Elle Ltd as the Group Managing Director, where they supported the CEO in managing the business and successfully guided the company through the IPO process. Thomas was responsible for identifying potential acquisition targets and establishing a compliance team to enhance group operational efficiency.
From 2017 to 2018, Lindup worked as a Director at Division SBA, where they assisted businesses in achieving their strategic goals through efficiency enhancement, process development, and strategic marketing.

Thomas Lindup began their education at Ampleforth College from 1990 to 1995. Thomas then attended King's College London from 1995 to 1998, though their specific degree or field of study during this time is unknown. Following this, Lindup enrolled at The College of Law, Guildford, where they completed a degree in CPE, focusing on Law, from 1998 to 1999. Thomas continued their legal education at the same institution, completing the LPC degree in Law from 1999 to 2000. More recently, Lindup pursued an Executive MBA at Nottingham University Business School, which they completed between 2017 and 2019.
