Brad Hrinko is a highly experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and network administration. Currently serving as a Technical Support Representative II at Velocity Network since April 2014, Brad previously held roles as a Network Support Specialist at ECP Solutions for Business from 2008 to 2012, and as a Computer Administrator at Modern Industries Inc. from 2000 to 2008. Key responsibilities included maintaining server operations, network infrastructure management, and policy implementation. Brad was also a vital member of the ERP implementation team, successfully implementing Epicor Vantage. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Management Information Systems and a certificate in Computer and Information Sciences from Mercyhurst University.
