Justin Carlson is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel at Velocity Solutions since June 2019. Before this role, Justin worked at Western Union as an Associate Counsel from July 2012 to June 2019, handling legal issues in the Caribbean, the United States, and Latin America. Prior to that, Justin was a Research Associate at Public International Law & Policy Group, a Law Fellow at Chevron, and a Paralegal at Morgan & Finnegan LLP. Justin holds a BA in International Relations and Biotechnology Engineering from Tufts University, a JD from American University Washington College of Law, and an MA in International Affairs from American University.
