Roman Tomica

Roman Tomica has extensive experience in the commercial vehicle and operations sectors, currently serving as a Retired Vice President of Sales at Velocity Truck Centres since December 2023. Previously, Roman held the position of Chief Operating Officer at First Industries Corporation from January 2022 to December 2023, where guidance was provided for day-to-day operations across 13 branches and service centers in Western Canada. Prior to that, Roman was General Manager at First Truck Centre Vancouver from July 2009 to December 2021, focusing on customer relationship management. Roman's earlier roles include various sales and management positions at Daimler Trucks North America, Freightliner Trucks Canada, and Freightliner of Canada, with responsibilities ranging from national account sales to parts and customer support management. Roman holds an MBA in Business Administration from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Management in Business Administration from The University of Lethbridge.
