Lyn Ip

Lyn Ip is currently the Director and Head of Product Solution for Chemical Management and Industrial Hygiene at VelocityEHS, where responsibilities include leading the end-to-end strategy and execution of the solution portfolio while leveraging customer insights and industry trends. With over 20 years of experience, Lyn previously held the position of Senior Solutions Strategist for ESG, focusing on process optimization and client support. At REI, Lyn served as the Global Head of Supply Chain Sustainability, advocating for social impact and environmental justice within global operations. Lyn also has extensive experience at adidas, progressing from Area Manager to Senior Director of EHS for the Global Supply Chain, developing and implementing key environmental strategies. Earlier, Lyn was an Associate at BMT Asia Pacific Limited, leading EHS due diligence for major financial institutions across diverse industries. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Science from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
