Matthew Pierce

Matthew Pierce is the Founder and CEO of Heart Sail Solutions, where Matthew educates and empowers individuals to create healthy financial habits through budgeting services. Previously, Matthew held positions at VelocityEHS as an Onboarding Manager and Senior Sales Account Executive. Matthew also worked as a Human Resources Intern at Klein Tools and as a Line Cook at Joey's Place, where Matthew received the Employee of the Year award in 2016. Matthew has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University.
