Rachel Henry

Rachel Henry is an experienced professional in customer success and operational strategy, currently serving as the Customer Success Team Lead at VelocityEHS since May 2019. Rachel has held various positions within the company, including Customer Success Manager and Associate Customer Success Manager, as well as Onboarding Specialist. Prior to VelocityEHS, Rachel worked at TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P. as a Product Support Allocator and at Whole Foods Market as a Customer Service Supervisor. Rachel holds a degree in Computer Systems Networking and Engineering from Sheridan College and a degree in Business Administration - Accounting from Humber College.
