James Colby Slater

James Colby Slater is an experienced data analyst currently serving as a Tier 2 Data NOC Analyst at Velocity, A Managed Solutions Company, since January 2021, after previously holding the role of Tier 1 Data NOC. Prior to Velocity, James worked at WaveCreste from April 2011 to September 2020, where roles included End to End (E2E) Technical Lead for BVOIP and Production Support Analyst. In these positions, James gained expertise in resolving trouble tickets, understanding BVOIP workflows, and utilizing SQL to troubleshoot and correct issues. James holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Texas State Technical College, earned between 1998 and 2001.
