Heather joined Velocys in 2018 as an interim HR consultant to help support the executive team and thereafter fulfilled the role of HR and Administration Manager. Heather has worked closely with personnel across Velocys’ sites in the UK and the US to consolidate the dual function thereby creating an effective platform to ensure the efficient delivery of company wide support mechanisms, policies, employee relations, and cultural enhancement.
