Shane Yorke

Shane Yorke, PSP, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Shane is currently the General Manager at Ekata Training Center, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to that, Shane worked as a Brand Ambassador for velofix Group of Companies where they promoted their mobile bike shop concept and provided expert bicycle servicing. Shane also served as an Editor for BikeRoar, creating detailed descriptions for cycling products and driving online awareness through SEO optimization.

Shane has experience in freelance writing and marketing as the CEO and Marketing Manager at CaliDOMESTIQUE, where they reviewed cycling-related content. Shane also worked as the Owner of Yorke Media, specializing in sports, landscape, and building photography. In 2010, they obtained a British Columbia Security Worker License from the Justice Institute of British Columbia. In 2015, they received multiple certifications including Arrest, Search and Seizure from the 2Protect Training Institute, SAR Private Sector Security Training from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Tear Gas / OC Pepper Spray from Practical Defense Systems (KBTN Inc.), and BSIS California Security Training from the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services.
