Steve Kay

Steve Kay has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition. Steve is currently the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Velosio since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Velosio from August 2021 to January 2023. Before joining Velosio, Steve worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Woods Services from March 2017 to August 2021. Steve also has experience as a Recruiter/Account Manager at Starpoint Solutions from April 2013 to March 2017 and at McGrath Systems from July 2011 to March 2013.

Steve Kay earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Widener University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Steve also obtained a certification as a Certified Predictive Index Analyst from The Predictive Index in 2021.
