Gayan Keppetipola

Gayan Keppetipola has worked in the technology industry since 2004. Gayan began their career at Virtusa as an Industrial Trainee in 2004, and then worked their way up to Software Engineer, Associate Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Consultant Technology, Senior Consultant - Technology, and Architect Technology. In 2019, they moved to Axiata Digital Labs as a Senior Architect - Software Engineer and Principal Architect - Software Engineering. Gayan is currently employed at Velou as Director, Engineering since 2022.

Gayan Keppetipola attended S. Thomas' Preparatory School from 1990 to 1999. From 2000 to 2002 they attended S. Thomas' College, Mount Lavinia. Gayan then attended the Informatics Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a BSc in Information System. Finally, they attended the University of Moratuwa from 2008 to 2011, where they earned an MSc in Computer Science.
