Rafael de Leon

Rafael De Leon is the Head of Finance at Velozient, a nearshore software outsourcing company. Prior to this, Rafael has experience as an Accountant Analyst at Energía Solar ESWindows and an Accounts Receivable Analyst at Banco Agrario de Colombia. Rafael holds a degree in Public Accountant and International Business Professional from Universidad del Norte.
