John Chatzikonstantinou

John Chatzikonstantinou has a diverse range of work experience. John started their career as an IT Support Technician at Motor Oil, where they worked during the summers of 2017-2019. There, they focused on SAP and helpdesk support, as well as correcting logistic entries in the database.

Following this, they served in the Hellenic Army as an Information Technology Support Staff at a military hospital from November 2020 to August 2021. During their time there, they provided helpdesk support, monitored and maintained Windows servers, and handled user administration using Active Directory.

Currently, John is working as a Service Operations Engineer at Velti. John'sresponsibilities include project configuration, maintenance, and support. John is also skilled in UNIX commands for data modification and performs investigations on databases and logs.

Overall, John has developed strong technical skills and gained experience in different areas of IT support and operations.

John Chatzikonstantinou obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Athens University of Economics and Business, where they studied from 2015 to 2021.
