Sebastian Larsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and customer service management. Currently serving as Business Transformation Manager at VELTUFF® REAL WORKWEAR since July 2014, Sebastian has successfully led projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and customer experience while streamlining business processes. Previously, as Group Head of Customer Service, Sebastian expanded the customer service team from one to twenty members and implemented strategies to boost service quality. Additional roles at Simgolf, Full Swing Golf, and Crossfit Regionals - Europe reflect a diverse background in team management, operational support, and event coordination.
