Allan Vinther Jensen

Allan Vinther Jensen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and business consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Business Partnering for Accessories & Logistics at VELUX since October 2022, Allan previously co-founded Business Greenhouse in January 2018, a consultancy focused on enhancing cross-functional collaboration to improve productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. Prior roles include Senior Director of Human Resources for the Pork Division at Danish Crown, HR Vice President for the EMEA region at Nilfisk, and various HR leadership positions across several organizations. Allan holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Communication from Aalborg University and is an ICF Certified Coach from Dansk Coaching Institut.
